PNY’s (Paris New York) new shop in Marais designed by CUT Architectures is inspired by 1980’s Miami.  Mixing a minimal industrial decor with funky neon gradients the new restaurant breaks from its previous locations black and white identity.

Designed by French studio TVK has redesigned and expanded the Place de la Republique making it the largest pedestrian space in Paris. The new space involves a cafe pavilion, new water features and the addition of over 150 trees. The architects goal was to create a public space with multiple uses.
